These terms govern use of PSCM — Pakistan Skills & Careers Marketplace. By using PSCM, you agree to use the platform lawfully and responsibly and to verify important recruitment information with the relevant official authority or employer before acting on it.
What PSCM Is
PSCM is an independent job-information and careers marketplace. We organize job opportunities from traceable sources and may publish employer-submitted vacancies after review. Unless a page expressly says otherwise, PSCM is not the recruiting authority, employer, government department, testing service, visa authority or newspaper that originally issued a vacancy.
Job Information & Verification
We aim to present useful and traceable information, but recruitment notices can be changed, corrected, withdrawn or updated by their issuing authority. Candidates must verify eligibility, vacancies, quota, location, fees, application method, closing date and other material requirements from the official advertisement or application source before applying.
Where a field is unavailable from a verified source, PSCM may show it as not specified rather than infer or invent information.
No Job, Selection or Visa Guarantee
PSCM does not guarantee employment, interview selection, appointment, visa issuance, work permits, salary, employer response or any recruitment outcome. Decisions are made by the relevant employers, authorities and recruitment bodies under their own procedures.
Applications, Fees & Candidate Safety
Apply only through the route stated by the relevant official source or verified employer process. Never pay money directly to an unknown person, agent or employer in exchange for a promised job. Government or authorized application fees, where applicable, should be paid only through the issuing authority's official procedure.
Do not hand original passports, CNICs, educational certificates or other original documents to unknown or unverified parties. Users remain responsible for checking who they are dealing with before sending money, documents or personal information.
Employer Accounts & Submissions
Employers and representatives submitting vacancies must provide genuine, accurate and authorized information and must not misrepresent an organization, role, salary, location, eligibility requirement or application process. PSCM may review, reject, edit for presentation, unpublish or remove submissions that appear inaccurate, unsafe, misleading, expired or inconsistent with platform requirements.
External Websites & Advertisements
PSCM may link to external recruitment websites, government portals, employers, newspapers and other third parties. External websites and third-party advertisements are controlled by their respective operators. A link or advertisement on PSCM does not by itself constitute a guarantee or endorsement of every statement, product or service at the destination.
Acceptable Use
You must not use PSCM to submit fraudulent vacancies, impersonate another person or organization, distribute malicious content, interfere with platform security, unlawfully collect personal information, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Availability, Liability & Changes
We work to keep PSCM useful and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access or that every third-party vacancy will remain unchanged. To the extent permitted by applicable law, users are responsible for decisions and dealings with third parties arising from information or links on the platform.
